Local Boy Scout, Kyle Rutherford, got the idea after seeing families, students, orienteering clubs, and other groups using the orienteering courses at Prince William Forest State Park. Kyle along with the help of his troop and family created this course to bring this fun and challenging activity to Windsor Castle Park.
